We o2er stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals, with the added convenience of delivering the equipment to the designated locations near the best beach for the activity.

No prior experience is necessary for paddleboarding or kayaking. We provide basic instructions to get you started.

We only rent double kayaks.

BOOKING PROCESS

You can book directly on our website through the “Book Now” button. Select the desired date, time and follow the prompts to complete your booking.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your rental
time for a full refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

EQUIPMENT AND OFFERINGS

Each rental includes the paddleboard or kayak, the paddles, life jackets, dry bag
and brief orientation.

SAFETY AND REQUIREMENTS

Yes, for your safety, all participants must know how to swim.

For your safety and the safety of others, being able to swim is essential in the event
of an accidental fall into the water. It ensures you can keep yourself afloat.

We do not require a formal swimming test, but we ask for a self-assessment of your swimming skills during the booking process. By booking, you acknowledge that you meet the required swimming ability for paddleboarding or kayaking.

Yes, for your safety, all participants are provided with and must wear life jackets at
all times while on the water, regardless of swimming abilities.

For the safety of all our customers, non-swimmers cannot participate in our
activities.

Children are welcome to participate as our rentals are suitable for families. Children from 2 years old and should be accompanied by an adult at all times. We provide appropriately sized life jackets for children.

Since we are just a rental company and you are on a self-guided tour, carrying a
phone during the activity is mandatory for communication during emergencies.
In the event of an emergency, you must:

- Prioritize calling the local emergency numbers for immediate assistance.
They have the means to help you faster and safer.
- Contact us for further support and guidance.
- Signal nearby boats or tours for assistance if needed/ available.
- Remain calm and composed throughout the situation.
- If feasible, try to navigate to shore for safety.

ACCESSIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

We are committed to providing an inclusive environment, however due to the nature of our activities and the locations we serve, there are limitations. Our standard rental services require a certain level of mobility to carry the equipment
and navigate the terrain to the water.

Please reach out to us before booking. We would love to discuss your needs and see how we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience. While we cannot guarantee full accessibility for everyone, we are willing to work with you to assess the possibilities on a case-by-case basis.

Currently, we do not have adaptive equipment. We are always looking to improve our services, and we appreciate feedback on how we can accommodate all our guest better.

EQUIPMENT HANDLING AND RESPONSABILITIES

Yes, our service includes delivery of the equipment to a designated meeting pointnear the beach. As with most equipment rentals, you are responsible for carrying the equipment from the meeting point to the water and back.

The distance varies by location, but some spots may include a short walk and potentially stairs. Please bare this in mind. We recommend preparing to carry the equipment for a few minutes to reach the beach from the parking area. 

A standard paddleboard weights around 7kg and the kayaks around 30kg.

If you have any physical limitations, please let us know in advance. We aim to accommodate all our customers and can discuss options to assist you.

As with any rental, you’re responsible for the care of the equipment once it’s in your possession. This includes proper handling, securing it on the beach, and returning it in the same condition as when you received it.

We understand that sometimes returning equipment late can happen inadvertently. We strive to accommodate our customers by providing a bit of extra time. However, due to our booking and scheduling processes, it's important for customers to inform us in case of any delays. Late returns will incur an extra charge, typically based on the rental price as the standard.
Damages to the equipment will be evaluated accordingly.

We recommend using the carrying handles and wearing appropriate footwear to navigate any terrain between the delivery point and the beach. If carrying the kayak, distribute the weight evenly and take breaks if necessary.
